INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Abstract submission (closed)
To submit an abstract, please follow these 3 steps :
Instructions for oral presentations Presenters will go to the "load2PC" desk to download their presentations on the conference network and test it. Downloading must be done at the latest at 06:00 pm the day before presentation (for morning sessions) or before noon time (for afternoon sessions). However, presenters are encouraged to download and try their files as soon as possible. It will not be allowed to connect personal computers in conference rooms. Accepted media :
Talk duration : - invited : maximum 33 minutes + 7 minutes for discussion
Instructions for poster presentations The recommended size of posters is standard A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm), portrait orientation. Maximum size is 90 cm large X 130 cm height. Presenters will install their posters from 12:00 am for the evening session (beginning at 05:00 pm). Posters must be removed at the latest the following day at 10:00 am. Your label will be placed on a panel by the ECASIA team, so that you can affix your poster on the right place with some tape provided by the conference organization.

Authors will be asked to submit their paper electronically before August 15, 2007.
Editorial Office Participants who submitted electronically a paper for the proceeding can collect their manuscript and the referees recommendations at the editorial office during the conference. The editorial office will be located in a room next to the registration desk.
Proceedings - contents The total length of each paper shall be 4 printed journal pages (8 for invited speakers), equivalent to about 4000 (8000) words including figures at 350 words each, tables at 250 words each and a maximum of 20 references. Only black and white photographs and illustrations will be accepted for publication in the proceedings. A copy of the conference proceedings will be distributed to each participant paying the full registration fee.
ECASIA '07 Best Poster Award The best poster presented during ECASIA '07 will be awarded with a prize sponsored by John Wiley and Sons, Ltd. The winner will receive a certificate and a voucher of 500 EUR in value of Wiley books. A the registration desk, presenters of a poster can pick up a sticky label to be put on their poster designating it as participant for the award. The judges will inspect the posters designated as such during the poster sessions. During the closing session on friday the judges' decision will be announced and the certificate and prize will be handed out by a Wiley representative.
